Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses the Palmetto State RV website and related online services (the “Services”). We may change the terms at any time and changes take effect as soon as they are posted.

If you do not agree with the terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.

Everything on the Services, including text, photos, logos and listings, belongs to Palmetto State RV, its technology provider LeadVenture Inc., or their content suppliers, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it for any purpose without written permission.

Using the Website

You may view the Services and print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. This permission is limited, can be withdrawn, and cannot be passed on to others.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content.
• Scrape, mine or collect data from the Services by automated means.
• Use the Services or their content for commercial purposes.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to follow all applicable laws when using the Services, and to give us truthful and accurate information whenever you submit a form, request a quote or contact us.

The Services may link to websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Pricing, Availability and Orders

Prices and availability can change without notice. Taxes, shipping and any surcharges are worked out at checkout.

An email confirmation or a reservation is not the same as an accepted order. We may cancel an order before delivery, including because of a pricing error.

Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that Palmetto State RV may call or text you. You do not have to agree to this in order to buy anything from us. See our Privacy Policy for how to stop texts.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for most damages that arise from using the Services. If you are unhappy with the Services, your only remedy is to stop using them.

Indemnification

You agree to cover Palmetto State RV and its providers for any liability that results from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.

Copyright Claims

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Copyright Agent that describes the work, identifies where the material appears, and includes a statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to make it. Who the Website Is for

The Services are for adults and are not intended for children under 13.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also covered by our Privacy Policy, including the rights it describes for California residents.

Promotions and Sweepstakes

Contests, sweepstakes and similar offers may have their own rules. If those rules conflict with these terms, the promotion rules apply.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute that arises from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

General Terms

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it unless we say so in writing. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency between you and us, and these terms are the entire agreement between you and Palmetto State RV about the Services.
